Market January - ok now 2009 can start.

I would love to say that I've been rushed off my feet - and I was for a spell - but at the moment I am on self-structured holiday trying to convince myself it's time to get back to work... So here goes:

The Market has been very up and down ever since the festive season, it takes my confidence with in as it jumps and dives - I've been told that is just the way the industry works.

The January 3rd market was great, a completely sell out, I was on top of the world, handed in my personal stall application the following week.

The January 10th market (last week) was set to be spectacular. (Photos of the cabinet just after set-up, before the bell went)

I had a full and colourful cabinet - colour is a new theory I'm working with.

A few new products to mix it up, use the best of our fruit.

I'd made more of the things that people had love, raved about and requested more of.

Full Savouries shelf....

Pastry shelf....

I had more Eccles cakes requested after I made them at Christmas - apparently they are not a solely Christmas food. However I had some minor explosions and the leaked filling burned.
