Market Day - on a Monday? Yes.

Full market trial day... This weekend (finally) should be it, so the phrase of the week is "practise makes perfect"
It's quite a big deal trying to organise it so it was definitley worth a dress rehearsal.

Also, this is my cabinet. It's just sitting on the floor at the moment but at the market it will be on the table.
I've got (from bottom, up) a Pastries shelf, a tarts shelf and a sort of miscellaneous shelf - bagels and financiers, and probably biscotti. The order of these shelves will probably change.

This are my financiers - I bought special square tins because traditionally they are square. These ones had a Mulberry in the top and looked very pretty.

Rhubarb and Frangipane tarts - possible a little under-cooked we think.
I am still not quite happy with my Danish pastry, it's almost perfect but the layers aren't quite defined enough.
Bagels, and the best Apple compote pies I've made so far. I made Pate Sucree instead of ordinary sweet pastry which I turned out perfect.
This made up five sample boxes which went out to various family friends who returned with some excellent feed back.
If any one has any product line suggestions please make a comment. I've set it so that everyone can now...
